A Blend of Housing Solutions for Both Income and Growth

Most REITs only focus on Class A or Class B apartments. We will employ a disciplined capital allocation strategy, providing distributions from a range of housing solutions, including Class A and B multifamily as well as build-for-rent communities. We aim to create a portfolio that provides a combination of stable income, capital appreciation and a hedge against inflation.

A Focus on Superior Properties

We will target highly amenitized Class A apartments and build-for-rent communities in growth markets to produce stable income and growth.

A Focus on Accretive Growth

Through prudent management, the Capital Square Housing Trust will upgrade Class B assets to add value by renovating and modernizing properties to generate substantial growth. Prudent use of debt should provide attractive positive leverage and increase cash flow to multiply asset value.

High-Growth Markets

Our sponsor believes that Sun Belt markets will command an increasing share of the nation’s economic growth and prosperity. This REIT will acquire properties in markets supported by industries characterized by exceptional employment and wage growth, including healthcare, technology and high-value manufacturing.

Select multifamily acquisitions in the Sun Belt are structured to utilize 721 exchanges that will provide current Capital Square DST investors with new advantages in the Capital Square Housing Trust — including an infinite length of ownership that the investor can control, capital preservation, estate planning, tax deferral similar to a 1031 exchange and options for liquidity.
